١. الملكية الفكرية:
جميع المحتويات، الصور، وتصاميم المنتجات المعروضة على هذا الموقع هي ملك حصري للعلامة التجارية الخاصة بنا. لا يُسمح باستخدامها أو نسخها أو إعادة إنتاجها بدون إذن كتابي.
2. Orders & Payments
By placing an order, you confirm that the information provided is accurate and complete. You agree to pay the total amount shown at checkout, including product cost and shipping fees.
٢. الطلبات والدفع:
عند إتمام الطلب، تؤكد أن البيانات التي قدمتها صحيحة وكاملة. وتوافق على دفع المبلغ الإجمالي الموضح عند الدفع، بما في ذلك تكلفة المنتج ومصاريف الشحن.
3. Shipping & Delivery
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Delivery times vary depending on your location, typically between 2 to 5 business days within Egypt. Tracking information will be shared when available.
٣. الشحن والتوصيل:
يتم تجهيز الطلبات خلال ١–٣ أيام عمل. وتختلف مدة التوصيل حسب موقعك، وعادةً ما تكون بين ٢ إلى ٥ أيام عمل داخل مصر. وسيتم إرسال معلومات التتبع بمجرد توفرها.
4. Returns & Exchanges
You may request a return within 14 days of receiving your item, provided the product is unused and in its original condition. The customer is responsible for return shipping fees unless the item is defective or damaged.
٤. الاسترجاع والاستبدال:
يمكنك طلب استرجاع خلال ١٤ يومًا من استلام المنتج، بشرط أن يكون غير مستخدم وفي حالته الأصلية. يتحمّل العميل رسوم الشحن في حالة الاسترجاع، إلا إذا كان المنتج تالفًا أو معيبًا.
5. Product Use & Liability
We are not liable for any misuse of our products. Please follow care instructions if provided. Products are for personal use only unless stated otherwise.
٥. الاستخدام والمسؤولية:
لسنا مسؤولين عن أي سوء استخدام للمنتجات. يُرجى اتباع تعليمات الاستخدام والعناية إن وُجدت. المنتجات مخصصة للاستخدام الشخصي فقط ما لم يُذكر غير ذلك.
